I personally am always wary of refurbs.

Yes, I know how they are tested...heck the company I work for frequently tests refurbs for performance...but I just don't like the idea of a used phone.

$99 is a great deal.. Refurbished has the same warranty as new. I picked up a new 8gb last Friday for my wife, after playing around with it over the weekend we decided to go back on Sunday and get the 16gb. Someone is going to get a brand new 8gb iPhone for $99 bucks.

I was thinking about getting an Iphone.. I saw that WalMart has em now for 197 with a 2 year contract, but I'm stuck with T-Mo for another year

Anyone hear about this? Apparently AT&T is giving the choice of refurbed or new iPhones with contract.
