Ok well the arrows fixed themselves , however i cant send a text. Every time i press space (#) its freezing so i wait a minute and it goes back to the main screen. Furthermore my Personal Dictionary still has 2048 of whatever number,letter, or symbol. I still can't delete any of them or all of them at once. I also checked my manual but there is nothing about troubleshooting. I looked on the internet for help, nevertheless this phone (Samsung HighNote) has just came out so i assume problems aren't being found.
