The LG Rumor does not take a sims card. why do you want to switch from a durable phone to a non durable that will break at the drop of a hat anyway?? just curious.

Quite simply, no. The LG Rumor is not intended for use with a Nextel account. Unfortunately, the Rumor doesn't have a place for a SIM card. The only possible way to work the Rumor on your Nextel account is to either go into a Sprint store or to call customer service and see what they tell you. They may be able to switch everything over, but I doubt all of your contacts would be transfered onto the Rumor, since the SIM card wouldn't be in the phone.

I have a Nextel service and a Nextel i930 right now and was wondering if i can just switch my sim card from the i930 into the rumor and if it will work? thanks
