Sorry, but this is probably one of the worst phones I've ever used. But I've only owned one so... Still the touch screen goes out of a whack after a few months so it makes it almost impossible to text. It's hit the wall a few times as a result and I just recently lost the back of it at a bar. I give it a month tops before it's flushed down the toilet and into the sh!t pipes.

overall its a good phone.. mine doesn't freeze, never did. when u open the music player it takes a little while to load, not to long but long enough for a phone. and the ringer could be louder. but still a good phone

is this a good phone??? i mean people say it freezes cuz of the touch... does it? btw is it a good mp3 phone?
