Does no one understand English? They don't sell the Nokia 6300 in the United States. Anyone who has this issue in the US with T-Mobile will not receive ANY help from their service provider.

Just follow the link I provided and you'll be able to send picture, text and multimedia messages. End of story.

Sorry to sound rude, but I got practically no help from anyone here and had to find the answer myself. And now people are still replying regarding an issue that no longer needs an answer since I already provided it!

    In summary:

    1. Don't contact the service provider, no matter what anyone else tells you. It will get you nowhere fast and they'll start asking you questions like, "Why do you have a phone that is not on our network?"

    2. If you have T-Mobile, just follow the link I provided and enter your information, you'll be all set.

Admin, please close this thread, as it no longer needs to be open for discussion.

If you're in the US, do not contact customer care. Nokia customer care wasn't able to help me, and T-Mobile flat out refused to help since this phone is not from their network here.

I can send pictures fine with the link that I provided.

Thanks everyone. Calling the service provider did nothing. They won't help me, since this phone is not part of their US support. After doing some more digging, I found the link I was looking for. For anyone else that has this problem, here's the answer they'll need:

Log onto tmobileuspublic (dot) wdsglobal (dot) com and enter the needed details. This is the T-Mobile Wireless Data Configurator. Voila!

    Good luck.
Thank you so much, that really helps. I'll contact Nokia and see if they'll be able to provide the special code. Have a great week!
