As long as the phone has not been reported stolen, lost, etc., and is active on your account, then Alltel will reset the phone to it's default setting. It doesn't matter how many times it's been done before. If it's your phone, and say for instance your 5 year old somehow reset's the phone's code....they have to reset it.

My now 7 year old did this to my sister's Alltel phone about once a week for a good month and a half.

Just take the phone in to any Authorized Alltel dealer and they will help you out.

If it is the lock code you mean, then no Alltel cannot get it. Depending on how Alltel runs their system, the default code is the last 4 digits of the phone number. If it has been changed, you can dial whatever their programming number is (it is *22 something). Then press the option to reprogram your phone. You can dial this number even when the phone is locked. It will reset the passcode to default.
