i properly unlocked samsung t819 from t-mobile. after unlocking i got 'network deactivated' message, and sent the phone overseas. overseas on foreign SIM card it sees two networks (in settings, manual), but it keeps saying 'searching network' and doesn't accept any networks (repeat: it sees two networks when i go into manual network settings). i called t-mobile and they don't know why that would be. the frequency is fine as this is serbia (yugoslavia) and matches the requirements of the phone. does anyone have any ideas what to do?
