    hi, I have motorola razar3m sprint carrier , after I had bougth this cellphone media player was loading normal (mp3music was working normal).now its not working,loading sprint music store (powered by...... .....roove mobile) after 5 minutes loading stops goes away cellphone turns to normal .sprint application stars normal then loading sprint music store software keep loading after 5 minutes close itself please help it was working normal before thank you
