I know that there are many people who cannot afford a cell phone on a monthly plan, and sometimes prepaid cell phones are just to expensive. I recently learned of a program called Safelink, it is a program from people who recieve government assistance, the give you a free cell phone and depending on where you live monthly minutes. If you want the website just let me know. And once you apply and are aproved you do get a cell phone and monthly minutes, it is not a scam I recieved my phone just the other day.
