I saw the LG Shine and it really is a fun phone to pass time with. The games and other extras are fun, but it is true that they do have some problems with it. You will be safer of with the CF360.

Both phones are almost identical in their capabilities, It is true the shine has some minor volume issues, but they really are not that noticeable unless you are hard of hearing

The Shine is a better looking handset, but the CF360 is a much more durable handset.

Looks can be deceiving the mirror makes near impossable to see the viewer when trying to take a picture in the sunlight the toggle to which runs the menuing is hard to manipulate sometimes. By main issue was the ringer not near loud enough, speaker to small or something and the mirror effect causing the veiwer hard to see, all could see is my face. But each for his own likings.

Go for the CF360 the shine does have a severe volume problem, the cf360 is much better. They are pro and con for each cell. The Camera on shine is better with zoom capabilities and flash plus higher resolution, but if you can't hear the phone ring it doesn't do much good. I took the shine back and traded for the CF360 and am well satisfied.

Which one is better in general? I heard that the shine has volume problems...is the LG CF360 better with that?
