although i dont have that kind of cellphone but i think i had experienced that on my current one...the cause might be the signal of your cellphone..try checking it to the experts ..

i had it long back.. yeah there is a problam with it. try changing your service center number,last words oftem got changed by service and when thy came back to normal,your messg can't b sent bcoz your phone has wrong service center number. hope it helps.
