    Some people like threaded text messaging in windows mobile 6.1 and others hate it. Here's how to turn it off.

    Unfortunately the process isn't as easy as clicking a button and turning it off. You will need some tools first.

    • Find a registry editor - you can try PHM Registry Editor
    • Go to the following registry key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Setting s\OEM\
    • Create a new DWORD value: SMSInboxThreadingDisabled and set value to 1
