Does anyone know anything about this phone? I'm thinking of ordering it today, just looking for some insight. Thanks!

I'm interested in perhaps getting a Samsung Eternity for my next cell phone, and was just wondering if anyone had any input or feedback about it. I had a few specific questions too, if anyone knows:

1) Can I use this phone with Motorola Phone Tools? I've used this program with my razr for about two years now and enjoy it's ease of use. I want to be able to upload my own ringtones to the phone through a data cable. Can this be done?

2) I'm not interested in a data plan because I don't use the internet or email from my cell phone and never have and probably never will. But, will I be able to send and receive picture text messages if I have the data block put on my phone? I have one in a blue moon sent/received a picture message, and would like to be able to if the occasion ever comes up again, but it's not that big of a deal.

3) Has anyone ever had a bad experience with a refurbished phone? You can get a refurbished model of this phone for free through the cell phone provider I'm thinking of going with, and wondered if it was worth it.
