Keep in mind you dont get the 1 year warranty with a refurb tho...

The HTC Fuze is being offered for free by AT&T, but on refurbished handsets only. You will have to have a 2 year contract to get the free refurbished phone and a new activation. Other carriers are asking $349 for a new Touch Pro with a 2-year Verizon Wireless contract, $299 for a new Touch Pro with a 2-year Sprint contract or $0 for a refurbished AT&T Fuze. Go figure.
