    you will have to set the modem to work on it. Each company is different how t hey have you dial in. I know that with Verizon and Alltel that the line to dial into for data is #777. . . Just check with the provider to find out if they have something similar because you might also need a user name and passwd to log in.

    Have you check with your service company (nex-tech) to see do you require to have date to send text and stuff. I know here in california we have Metro PCS they can unlock any phones to work with their service and it work great. A lot of people take advantage of $50 unlimited to switch it over with them.

    I recently unlocked a sprint HTC 6800 to use with a local phone company called nex-tech. I assumed it would work knowing that nex-tech uses sprint towers. It programmed fine and the calling is great but I am unable to use any data transferring or texting. Any ideas?
