    Hey aprillawan, I do understand how you are feeling at this moment. Couple of days ago a friend of mine had the same problem, I think T-mobile wont be able to help you on this one, trust me!!

    Let me give you a good idea, actually my frnd tried it and it worked. He placed an order for the unlocking service with exotic phone, it cost only $29.99.

    All you have to do is, just go to the website & place the order for unlocking service, don't forget to mention the following:

    1. Your IMEI number.
    2. Your phone model number.
    3. Your carriers name.

    After you do that, someone will call to verify and later you will be sent the unlocking code (which should be able to solve your problem).

    Oh yeah! Count me in for those people you're talking about man. I even called them and hell, still no help til now.

    Seems like your not the only one having this problem - since many of you are having this problem, you can call them (tech support) and tell them that you are not the only one getting this problem, there are many out there and that it is urgent issue - I'm sure they'll look into it and help you out.

    My brother had about same problem. He took it straight to tmobile and they fixed it.

    Maybe you shouldn't tinker with it too much in case it screws up more and locks up, whereby any code they give you won't work. Maybe they gave you the wrong code ... walk in and let them reprogram it. I'm sure they'll fix it, even if it means replacing it. Make sure u backup everything just in case!

    Follow all the steps they give you for now, as doing anything else and the phone gets screwed, they will say it's your fault. Follow all their directions, then after they say they can't help any longer, ask for aother phone that can be unlocked.

    At least that is what I would do.

    what you do now is call T-Mobile and tell them the code isn't helping and have Tech support give you advice.

    I called t-mobile and requested a unlock code for siemens cf62t phone.
    I was given a code and followed their intructions and the freaking phone is still locked. What can I do now? I don't care if you offer me advice that the t-mobile idiots gave me. My last resort would be to actually go in to their stupid store.
