    I'm new I asked this under the samsung area but didn't get any answers, so I will try here.

    Is there a way to not have to use ATT's data accounts and still have internet access or at least a way to avoid the brutal fees they charge. 60 a month is pretty ridiculous for a cell phone since you are basically using the same signal for the internet that you are to talk on also.

    I'm waiting on my Jack to get in via usps. I have a few questions about it. It has wifi but when I read the samsung page on it, they say I need a data account to do this. I don't understand why I would need a data account with att in order to use wifi accounts that I pick up locally.
