    It's hard to believe that Apple approved the app(s) in the first place. They're pretty clear about copyright infringement. I personally wouldn't have submitted an app like that in the first place.

    Cartier, which is a French luxury goods maker, filed a lawsuit against Apple on Friday over the illegal use of the trademarked Tank watch brand in two iPhone apps. Not to worry tho, as soon as Apple immediately removed the apps, Cartier withdrew the lawsuit.
