this would be a bit bias of me. because im seriously into music.

i would say go for the Nokia 5800. it has document viewer. excel, word, pdf etc. right now im'a say it's one of the best smartphones around.

hi, thanks for your reply. can you suggest a particular unit of cellphone? i'm thinking of buying the nokia 6210 navigator because it has quickoffice feature, but i know there are also other phones that have such feature (i just don't know what models of phone). there is also the 6600 slide/fold(either of the two) which can do the basics. also i'm thinking of buying the nokia 5800 xpressmusic. although i'm not really after the wi-fi since i won't use it that much. i'm basically torn between those three phones.

well, i can say every phone than can receive calls and messages is useful for a student. now it depends on what other feature you would like your phone to have.

hi! you can post here your opinion about which nokia phone would be useful for a university student. sure thing, the phone should be cheap enough to fit the budget of an average student. you can suggest any nokia phone and tell the features of your suggested phone.
