excluding the fact that i got this phone used, it has survived all of my anger tantrums and b*tch fits but it does have its problems. the battery isnt the best in the world. and right before you get a message it freezes up. it wont ring sometimes when someone calls you, it rings the last few seconds. but otherwise this is a really good phone for a samsung phone. the keys are quiet, its perfect if you like the keyboard or the normal way. just needs better battery life!

Have had mine for about 9 weeks now and I love it. My previous phone was a Moto W385 so yes, it was a big upgrade.

The camera works very well though VZW's way of sizing pics is problematic but that's not the phone's fault. I did get an extended(Samsung made with 1600 mAH) battery(and cover) that makes the A 2 even nicer. The stock battery is okay and I got about 4 days of moderate use out of it. The new battery lasts about 9 days. The reception and call quality are fine.

My wife upgraded to this phone recently. Overall this is a good upgrade from a Moto V3. It has a few drawbacks due to it's size and weight. The e-ink keys are very slick but take a little getting use to. Reception is good and there is already plenty of helpful hints to download ringtones and modify settings.
