hey i need help, i got this phone and i have just checked online and with Att CS

they do not have anything on my account about that $30 unlimited data plan, what should i do? can i do without it? and still get the phone for $0.01?????

can i add the $15 plan for unlimited data?????

i'm very worry about paying $250 for the phone because they did not add the $30 data plan for me to start with.

I believe the conditions will come up before you go through the checkout process. If I remember correctly they were as I printed above. You have to sign on for a 2 year contact, plan cannot be changed in any way (upgraded or downgraded), add/remove any new phones on plan and you cannot be late or miss a monthly payment etc.
The above has to be followed for the first 181 days, if you break any one of the conditions before that 181 days Amazon.com will charge you $250 for the phone. So, if you plan on making payments on time and not altering your phone plan, which means upgrading or downgrading, adding extra phones etc., then I would totally recommend getting this phone.
I have had this phone for about a month now and absolutely love it! Even if you pay the $99 on the AT&T website, which is still a great price. Good luck and enjoy your new phone!

I have had the e71x for almost a month now and can do nothing but recommend it. The battery does last about a day under moderate use, checking emails every hour, serving internet etc. but I feel that is pretty good.
If Amazon still has the .01 cent offer, what are you still waiting for?? Buy, buy, buy this phone! Even if you spend the $99 on ATT website, it's still worth it. I don't believe that you will be disappointed.

I just received my e71x yesterday after purchasing from Amazon.com for $.01. There is "fine print", so to speak, but if you plan on keeping the $30/month data plan, paying your bill on time and don't change anything (downgrade) about your plan for at least 181 days you will be o.k.
If you deviate from any of the above terms within the first 181 days then you must pay $250 for the phone, which is still a great price for this awesome phone.

Yeah, found out this is really not AT&T your dealing with but some third party. Be sure you read your licensing agreement well. You know that if they are offering the phone for $0.01 that there has to be a hitch somewhere where they can get their money and money plus back!!!

Nokia E71x has finally landed at AT&T and Amazon.com is offering the Nokia handset for only a penny. Not only that but you get free shipping and free activation (which is rare now days). The only thing is in order to get this great deal, you have to sign a 2 year contract, but I think it would totally be worth it.
