wow, i dont have that issue with mine, might be a battery issue...usually batt have a short life and when they are about to crap out batt over heat... might want to take it to the store to have it checked out...

I have been using a Bluetooth headset with my BlackJack II until it stopped working. Now that I am holding the phone up to my ear I notice it generates a great deal of heat. So much heat that I sweat around the area of the phone.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that this is not normal and I should replace the phone. My contract is up for renewal on June 14, so I can wait. Any good "FREE" phones out there right now. I no longer require a smartphone. It does not have to be a Samsung.
