    hi. i currently have a motorolla w315. i dont care for this phone very much at all. i got it as the free replacement from verizon about 5 months ago. i would like to know what a good budget phone would be. i dont know much about cell phones so please bear with me. basicly all i want is something that has a camera, possibly mp3 but not necessary, and i want to be able to put ringtones on it from sites like myxer.

    since i dont do texting i dont need a lot of features for that. i would like to find something that is pretty cheap as well. preferrably under $50. i was looking at the LG chocolate on ebay for $80 but i would like to try to find something a little cheaper if i can. any suggestions are appreciated. thanks
