I like my 3G..It's Fast never freezes and THAT'S with 6 pages of Apps!!!....But mine is jail broken so I can clear ALL my SMS with ONE STROKE...instead of deleting them one by one..

im just gonna buy the new one and keep my old one might sell it on ebay or something but who would want it it is the orginal iphone

I actually bought a 3GS, 32gb, and it's WAYYYYY faster than the iPhone 3G

I had the iPhone 3G for a while, and my wife bought an iPod Touch 2nd gen (which operated wayyyy faster than the 3g, because of the processor speed)... and now that I have the 3gs, it's like, it NEVER lags!! it's pretty amazing!!

I think it's a 600mhz'ish processor, versus the 450-500mhz processor in the ipod touch!

Definitely worth the money!

I'd have too Agree with beeraddd, BUT I have a 16GB 3G..BUT @ the time I paid FULL Retail since I did an Early Up-Grade but paid $500..for mine AND since the New TYPE-S with early upgrade would only cost me $399!!! thats $100 off..BUT.. I'd STILL jail break Mine wether it Be the 3G OR the Type-S. So I'm in NO rush too get it now + you have too look @ the fact that there might be a FEW..defects...u know who that goes ANYTIME..there's something new as far as TECH is Concerned..lol.

ok..just too point this out..there is No Trade in Program for the Iphone..I was JUST on the phone with a Rep..and Neither AT&T nor Apple are doing such a Program.

I personally don't really care about the 3Gs. I really don't think it is really that spectactular. It's just a couple of new features and faster load times. I wouldn't spend 100-200 dollars for copy paste, video, and a stupid compass. That could just be me though. And also with the regular 3G dropping to a hundred bucks I believe that is the better deal and that is what I got.

Apple's coming out with a new iPhone... supposed to be released in June of 09... and they're offering $50-$200 off the purchase price if you trade in your old iPhone...

i'm personally gonna buy one.... but i'll just sell my old ones on Craigslist...
