    If you are on Virgin Mobile, than you are on prepaid is this correct?
    In that case, you don't have a contract and can leave when ever you want.
    I've been on both Bell and Rogers, and don't like either company, so I can't recommend either one.
    The only advantage of Rogers is that you are on GSM network so you get access to more phones as well as unlocked phones. Bell is CDMA so your stuck with their phones.
    If you get on a contract with either, than they will probably give you discount on the phone you purchase.
