Alltel has their phones locked down pretty tight. DRM.

The only (legal) way you can use an MP3 for a contact ringtone is to purchase it from Alltel's download service from your phone.

When I go to set a ringtone with a contact in my phone there are two options: default and my audio. When I choose my audio, it says it is empty. This is totally wrong when I go through the audio option from the main menu and choose my audio it shows everything I have stored. Does anyone know if there is anything I can do about this? Thanks!
