Apparently the version of Quickoffice that comes with the N85 is not only unable to edit Office files, but also unable to open Office files that are password-protected. I know there are unsigned alternatives to QuickOffice, but those that I have found cannot be installed even if I (self-)sign them each individually, using SignSIS.

Ideally, I would like to "hack" my N85, but the two most popular methods (HelloCarbide and HelloOX 1.03) did not work for me, i.e. the phone still does not allow installation of unsigned or self-signed applications.

Can anyone help? If not with a working hack for the N85 then at least by suggesting a (freeware) office-type program that can be installed on the unhacked handset, and that allows opening password-protected documents and document editing.

Many thanks in advance for any help!
