    Hi,

    This means you have tried entering the wrong unlock code too many times. This can be fixed but not for free (you can try contacting Samsung / your provider but you will loose your phone for at least a week and they won't always do it for free, this kinda depends on the story you tell). Samsung should be able to send you the 'unfreeze' code. They can do this based on your IMEI (*#06#). There are several services online which can do it instantly by cable. Do a google search on 'UnlockSamsungOnline' (can't post links here).

    I am sure you guys have seen this one a million times but I am new here and joined for a specific reason. I just got my unlock code from T-Mobile but when try to unlock says "Phone is Phone Freeze Deactivate Fail".... where do I go from here what do I do?
