Yes, via a USB cable.

Appears LG cookie will only take MP3 file format and i tunes holds files in M4A format and therefore will not transfer to the LG software.
No messages from LG software when you try to transfer, it just won’t do it. (Pretty naff really).
Converted some CD’s to MP3 format and transferred these to the LG software. Hopefully that will be the solution.. However, I haven’t transferred any MP£ files to the phone yet. When I do I let you know.

My daughter just bought a LG KP500 Cookie.
We are have successfully down loaded the LG software on to the PC, but for some reason we are unable to transfer MP3 files from Itunes to the LG software and then down to the phone. (Assume this is what you need to do?)

Any ideas welcome.
