i am unable to sync it with outlook.. tried every trick in the book.. pl help.. even the help line person could not do it..

Samsung just officially announced their two new full touchscreen phones geared towards mid-to-lower tier market segments... The Samsung S5600, which was mentioned a couple of weeks ago (on the left) and Samsung S5230 (on the right).

Some of the specs on S5600 are:

* Dimensions: 104×53m11.9mm
* Battery: 1000 mAh

The Samsung S5600 will be shipping out in May while the Samsung S5230 will be in stores in April. Both phones are headed for Europe.
