    I got it on ebay......

I read on the directions in the CDMA help file that I had to put the phone into DM mode before trying to use it. The first part of the directions got me to Test mode, but the part to take it on into DM didn't work.
OK, I've tried it now and apparently you can't write the meid with the trial version, only the registered version. I can't afford the $100 to get the full version and the phone cost less than that to begin with. I saw on some threads about trying to repair some files with Bitpim, but I can't get that to read the files either.

I have CDMA Workshop, and Samsungs are among the hardest to flash the MEID/ESN on.
CDMA puts the phone into DM mode when it starts to write the ESN, but it's not always a 100% guarantee.

You need a code called the SPC (Service Programming Code) to even come close.
The Master Code for this phone is:
    0200672020060815

If you don't mind me asking, why would you need to do such a thing?
