i looked into replacing the screen, fortunately, the cost is much less expensive on E-bay. approximately 1/5th of the price as on your link. (the phone is only worth 50 dollars and your link wants 109.00 +S/H) so i've kinda ruled out a new screen purchase. thanks for your help, though.

I don't know the exact answer to your question, but if all else fails, you can purchase a new screen for the phone here: LG CU575 Trax Cell Phone Parts CU-575 - LG Electronics Cell Phone Repair Parts

Funny story. I've been searching high and low for solutions to the same problem, but with my LGCU575 trax phone. I have photos, movies, soundclips, and my phonebook i'd like to transfer to the sd card i *just* purchased. eventually i want to transfer all of this to my PC, but with a cracked screen, I can't see much of anything... so i'm forced to ask someone for help... (if i'd known, i would have spent the lousy 11 dollars to get the sd card and save it all there in the first place!) :] can anyone help me with the same step by step information? i'd be extremely appreciative.

    thanks!

    Schubee
