If it is still wet, you can always try putting it into a bag filled with white rice for the night. The rice absorbs the water, but make sure it's white rice! Wild grain or brown rice will stain the phone!

As for the bottom keys, if they don't come back to working order after it's dried out, then I'm sorry to say that it's going to need repair.

I assume it was dropped in water? It will dry out eventually, but if the screen doesn't work properly after being dried out you may need a new screen.

Basically I tried to use my phone but the touch screen wouldnt work, and on holding it up to the light i noticed water sitting behind the screen. The phone still works perfectly, i have full use of the other buttons just not the touch. And i can still make and receive calls, also the camera is working. I used the hairdryer on it and left it in the airing cupboard and some of the touchscreen is now working, just not the bottom menu buttons so it's still useless.
Any chance it will work again or is there anything I can do to mend it?
    Thanks
