Please give additional information such as Mobile model and the network it is locked. It will be easier to help if those information are available. You can check out **** for the unlock code of your model.

Well thanks so much for the help.. but after I purchased the code and double, triple check the codes .. they were wrong. That 1 try is now gone. So now i have to either pay 400.00 bucks to activate on Verizon Network or just try and sell the darn phone. Sorry I even let someone sucker me like this... but 90.00 for a Blackberry Storm aint too bad! Oh well dont know what else to do!

#1.) Make sure your phone is locked. Go to options --> advanced options --> SIM Card --> type in "MEPD". When the network, network subset etc pop up, look beside the Network category. If it says "Active" your phone is still locked. If it says "Inactive, it's already unlocked.

#2.) Assuming the network is still "Active", double check your IMEI 3 times. Make sure that the IMEI in your options --> status matches with the IMEI printed on the back of the phone behind the battery. If they are different, someone has most likely tampered with your IMEI.

#3.) Submit your IMEI through the appropriate checkout of the vendor you choose. E-mail the vendor and explain that you only have 1 attempt to unlock your phone left. Good vendors will make sure that you receive 1 code back instead of 3-5.

#4.) When entering your code, make sure that the numbers you are entering are correct. Check 3-4 times.

You don't want to get locked out, otherwise, it's a huge headache to get that fixed.

    Good luck!
Its a Blackberry Stom. I was entering the purchased code that turned out to be a fake too many times. Now I purchased another fake and that 1 try is gone. Up the creek now I guess. Just feel like tossing the phone!
