    MsJazzMaven is right - but i not know in your area VIrgin offering GSM or CDMA or both.

    im trying to choose a new cell phone plan
    and Virgin was perfect for me

    My question is:
    Does Virgin use SIM cards?
    (i live in Canada, and i have a unlocked phone)
