    A new handset by Samsung has been officially approved by the FCC and although no pictures of the new device are available, we do have a few specs and features.

    The GT-S3650 will be a budget touchscreen with:
    2.8-inch 262K LCD touchscreen
    TouchWiz UI
    Quad-band GSM/EDGE support
    Bluetooth v2.1+EDR
    FM Radio with RDS
    Music player
    2MP camera fixed focus camera
    MicroSD slot.
