I have a Dash phone and the problem that I've had is that I can't hear the person who is calling. It seems to be some problem with the earpiece or something and I noticed that the person who posted this topic had the same issue. Is there anything I can do about this???

I absolutely LOVE my MyTouch!! i can do things on it that someone with an iphone could only dream of! i think the most important part with having a smart phone or any kind of phone like that is you have to know how to work the insides of the phone. most likely if you configure the APN, the MCC the MNC, the PROXY and the PORT you will not loose calls. And i have found that most problems with the mic. or ear peice is usually in a file that needs to be fixed. Good luck and STAY AWAY FROM APPLE!

I really liked the HTC Touch Pro2 I had. Beautiful phone, lots of features and one of the best keyboards I have tried so far. Also a friend of mine has HTC Hero and he just cannot stay away from it. I am sorry you had problems. A lot of times it is the carrier issues, not the phone's. And sadly enough, not always resolved.

I think you just were unfortunate to deal with the wrong customer service center, i've had 2 htc phones and loved them both, im currently on the HTC FUZE

The newer versions have aready some improved software, and in general HTC has some good quality.
The only weak point is that no HTC is inovative, always same old boring phone.
