I used one on G1 that would notify you if you got close to locations that you previously set up. Unfortunately, it wasn't very fast, so I'd get a notification that I was close to Kroger when, in fact, I passed it a couple of minutes ago.

I didn't reload the app after I rooted my phone.

Does anyone have experience with Location based applications? I've tested "Lattitude, Mapit and others. I'm currently testing Cellflare and was wondering if anyone's had any experience with this application and what their thoughts were. Let me know. Thanks.
