    Thank's for suggestion.
    Now I'll just vent!
I have a contract with T-Mobile (previously VoiceStream) since 2000 or so.
So my natural response was to come and seek help from T-Mobile representative in their corporate store on Manhattan (Madison Ave & 42nd Street).
    Get ready for this:

The representative told me that there is nothing they can do since they need to see what's on the phone's screen! But my problem was that the LCD leaked out and there are only stains and no letters.

A week or so later I brought the phone to AT&T store and asked if they can help.
AT&T Rep in the store (few blocks away from T-Mobile transferred my phone book from phone to SIM via their machine in less than 30 seconds!

SHAME ON T-MOBILE FOR HIRING UNQUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO WORK IN THE STORE!

Lesson learned: whenever you seek service ALWAYS WRITE DOWN the NAME & EMPLOYEE ID of the person helping you so you can either thank them or complain about them later.

ISSUE CLOSED. Thank you for your patience with me!

Hi, I have broken an LCD screen on my Nokia 6610 phone.
I can operate the phone (make and recieve calls), but no visual navigating is available. I need someone who has a Nokia 6610 to tell me how to copy the phone book off the phone to the sim by just pressing correct button sequence.
