That's the problem with most Samsung phones, the build the BT only to be use with headset, just to hear music. My friend bought a Samsung because he wanted a nice looking phone, and he exercise by walking around the neighborhood, so he want to listen to some music for when he exercise, since he doesn't have a computer I use to transfer the music that he wanted to his phone by BT, but I couldn't do it with the Samsung, he got pissed off and bought another brand. So to everybody that likes to fool around with phones and are thinking of getting a Samsung, first ask everything you can think of about the phone, or just use the internet to search for the info. yourself. Samsung have some of the nicest stylish phone, and they last long, I mean, very good quality. My two cents. Nice Camstuf.

Hard to say about this phone, it's not posted on Samsungs site.
Seems the only bT profile this phone may have is A2DP,
    which is Stereo bluetooth.
Transfer ringtones from your SD card to the phone.
    or get them from mxyer.com

There is no charge for transferring anything to any other devices as long as is made via bluetooth. When you buy a Samsung phone, usually it comes with the usb cable, but if you have BT in your computer you can transfer your music, pictures, etc... to your phone. Also, you must make sure of the BT profile you are using. There are some Samsung phones that have BT, but it can't pair up with any other device because it lack of the A2DP profile, so you should read a little about the phone you are about to get. Now, if you download anything by way of GPRS or WAP, well, you are gonna be charge by the Kb.

Wow, that was a fairly confusing post.
It depends which phone you get and which service provider.
For AT&T you can transfer things with bluetooth for free. USB cable, depends on the phone same can and some cant.
Verizon: Basically forget Bluetooth they blocked that. By USB cable yes if your phone is supported by bitpim.
    These are just US carriers.
