    I noted, with my Win Mobile device, that drag & drop did not work but copy / paste did. Give it a try.

    It depends on the phone, which phone do you have?
    If its running windows mobile then you need to rescan your library.
    If not, then your phone's media folder is pointed at a different folder.

    I have my phone hooked up to my computer and the phone drive is H. I drag the Mp3 files to the H folder and when i go to the media folder in the phone the files are not there.

    Any help on this would be appreciated.
