The only reason that you are not able to transfer anything is because you haven't install the driver yet. Go to your phone's web site and go to support, search for the driver there. Didn't your phone come with a mini disc? Check the box for the web site address. Post result.

First off let me say hello to all and thank to any who and or help me with this.
I have a Casio G'Zone phone. On my PC I have an jar.exe file I want to transfer to my cell phone. When I hook up my phone via sub cable supplied w/phone, I get a sound from my PC which tells me it recognizes a new item plug in but it doesn't recognize the phone nor can I find any drivers on the web which, I think< would help me with this. I can not move anything from my PC to my phone via this cable. I tried emailing my self this file but it didn't show up as an attachment. What good is this cable and for that matter why did I buy a phone that I can not xfer files off any type to. If some one out there can help me with this your next drink is on me! Thanks again for reading,
    Tom a.k.a Wheezy1959
