You can do a full factory reset (save) by typing this code:

WARNING; do this WITHOUT any simcard and back-up all your user data!

To unlock / unfreeze your phone you will have to pay as there is no free solution for this model.

You can try: "UnlockSamsungOnline + T919" in google (can't post links) first result
you will need the original USB cable that comes with the phone for this service.

When I unlocked my iphone there was information all over the web. Have you given that a shot?

I have put 3 wrong codes into my memoir try to unlock it. After the third time it says "contact provider". Now it works when i put in a T-mobile simcard. Can any one help to free my phone, thanks
