    This phone and verison really bites a big one. This is the second LG AX500 my wife has had and it still is so messed up, I cal my wife and 50% of the time it goes straight to voice mail. The first phone was the same, LG AX500 and did the same thing. Now we get an email from verison to upgrade the service for free. I upgraded my samsung with no problems. The LG AX 500 a different story. Dialed in the same code and when it upgraded, it died. Second phone same kind from Verison. Over 10 calls and 20 emails to Verison and all we get is, we see nothing wrong, call a service tech at 1 800........

    Verison service is as bad as the LG AX500. I would advise anyone to stay clear of either of these.
