Has anybody else had as many problems with this phone as I have?

Yes! The extra battery pack is great for the short run... and to protect the dual screens but... does it kill the battery inside???

I am going into Bell today having to send mine out *fingers crossed* for a new battery!?!?

I just recently purchased the Samsung M620 and it appears that with my provider (Bell Mobility) I can't use the mp3's as ringtones (or i have yet to find a way) grrraarrr. Newayz. I tried to DL a ringtone program and send via wap but my browser will never let me get the tone.

Any help would be nice. ^_^
