You won't get internet on the phone without paying for the package. You have to go through your carrier's service in order to get it, and without a plan, they aren't going to allow your phone to access the internet.

Okay i got blackberry storm 9530, unlocked for t-mobile...and i dont know why but the internet is not working...
i dont want to pay for the service plan or anything for internet
