nope no options of the sort, iv been messing around with the computer trying to delete the sound file that makes the noise but its not in the ringtone directory with the others... guess this phone wasnt meant to sit quietly in your pocket without you knowing its battery and service status. thanks for the ideas though im just gonna go with a 2yr upgrade in a few months and keep that battery charged till then

Is there an optional called WTA/WTD under your mmringstyle , if there is, turn it off. If there isn't, then I have no idea.

The low battery beep doesn't turn off, what I've found is if you set your vibrate details to volume level 1, and set the ringer to vibrate, it will still beep, but it will be very quiet.

    The menu...

Press MENU button, quickly hit 073887*
    for security code enter 000000
    press OK.

I never found a way to silence the low batt "beep" nor have i ever heard of any secret menus. If you do find any answers to either of your questions, please post the result.

Hey, I have recently switched from my kyocera KX2 to my sister's old E815.

I love the phone, but there are only a few problems I have with it..

    1. How can I turn off that stupid beep when the phone is on low battery? Even when I have it on silent mode or vibrate, it still makes the beep every few minutes.

    2. Is there a secret menu like LG's have? I know for LG it's ##program then the model number, but Does Motorola have one?

    Thanks!
