That sounds like a defect to me, nothing to do with software upgrades, your phone comes with a years warranty, take it back to Boost and have them replace it.

the earpiece of this phone is not working since i started using the walkie talkie service, if i call you i cannot hear you but you can hear me, i could hear you if i turn the speaker on.


the walkie talkie works great, but voice calls dont work with the earpiece anymore.

I read somewhere this is a software problem what should i do, i'll be getting the i465 if i dont fix this problem.


by the way how do i back up my contacts on my i776? I can't find that option anywhere!


thanks guys! I wish boost would make better phones rather than sticking to old nextel ones.
