This app would allow you to use the phone as a modem/tether, correct?

    Hello,

I recently purchased the Samsung Jack from AT&T. I had the BJ2 and loved the internet sharing app. I recently purchased a new desktop and laptop with Windows Vista OS. With the BJ2 i had to download some .CAB files in order to connect it to my new desktop and laptop to enable the internet sharing app. I tried installing them on the Jack but i couldn't becuase of security restrictions (I think). Any ideas/suggestions to get the internet sharing app working? I tried installing the Mobile Modem driver from the disc that came in the box but my laptop just says one is already installed and I must uninstall it first. Plus, in Device Manager it shows the USB as: Samsung USB Composite Device, not sure what that means. Any help or insight would be greatly appreciated-Red
