A new 3W Samsung device is getting ready to launch and it's the Samsung SPH-M8400 by KT and Samsung. Features of the phone include: WCDMA, Wi-Fi and WiBro (South Korea’s own version of WiMax). Also included is Windows Mobile and the handset has a touchscreen display.

This is the second WiBro enabled handset by Samsung, in which the first was the SCH-M8300. The Samsung SPH-M8400 will let users make VoIP calls.

There's no mention on price or release date yet.
